Guests are welcome to use the facilities on the 7th floor, including swimming pools, children's pools, gyms, saunas, etc. However, when you want to walk around the apartment, please remember to bring your access card. You will need an access card to enter anywhere in the apartment. Other things to note - Strictly No smoking, No parties in the unit - Early check in and late check out can be arrange if request in advance. - RM30 per hour additional charge required for early check in and late check out arrangements. - Maximum hour for early check in or late check out will be 1 hour depend on peak or low season. - More than one hour request will be confirm on the actual arrival date before check in with additional charge. - 15 mins only allowance for slightly early check in or late check out with FOC. - After 15 mins pass by, cleaner will access into unit for cleaning job directly if we never receive any extend request from Guest for late check out. - Mailbox passcode will be given after cleaning job complete every guest check out and before check in time on 3pm for security concerns. Please take note all! - RM100 per card will be forfeited as penalty if it's lost or damaged for the access card - RM200 will be imposed if any damage or loss of the carpark acrylic tag Appreciate your take care of my home as your own.
