He’s just a little guy and very friendly. He is hypoallergenic. However, if you are allergic please put that into consideration before booking. Due to having him on premises no other animals will be allowed. ** No smoking *or smokers* will be allowed. As smoke smell carries on all belongings. A Security deposit, and photocopy of ID for all guests is required either as soon as booked, or 48 hours prior to arrival if booked in advance. The deposit can be fully refundable upon following all house rules & if you chose to clean the unit yourself (minus putting clean sheets on the bed). As I am sure you noticed, there is not a cleaning fee. You have the option to clean the unit yourself for those who want to save as much money as possible. Or, I will take the cleaning fee from your deposit and return the difference. $40 cleaning fee Required deposit is $200 Guest access You will have access to your private room, bathroom, and walk in closet. Also common areas like the kitchen, living room, dining space, laundry room, loft style living room, and outdoor areas as well. During your stay I work from home often so I will be available often. I have provided some sheets with suggestions for places to eat and things to do. It is up to guests as to how much you would like to communicate. Other things to note The house is typically kept at 69-74 degrees. There is a standing fan available if needed :)
