Located just steps from the largest ski/snowboard area in the US! And summer offers extreme mountain biking, 18 hole golf, zip lines, alpine slide, and more. The space Lodging at the Grand Summit Resort Hotel is truly the closest access to skiing/snowboarding within the Canyons Village (including Sundial and Westgate) to the Orange Bubble Express, Park City's high-speed quad ski lift with heated seats. If you need more space (for 10 guests total), we can also host you in the adjoining double Queen hotel room which directly connects to this unit to make a 1 bedroom/2 bathroom suite--sleeps 6 in the Deluxe studio + 4 more with the 2 Queen beds in the lock-off hotel unit. The double Queen hotel room is available to book by itself as well. Please contact us for the Airbnb link to the additional unit. Easy and fast access to historic Park City and surrounding areas. 2025-2026: OPENING DAY is scheduled for December 5 with access to skiing and snowboarding from both bases. CLOSING DAY is estimated on April 20, weather permitting. Park City Mountain improvements are highlighted by the High Meadow Park, located just a short gondola ride up the mountain from Canyons Village at Park City. This learning area includes a high-speed detachable lift, contoured runs with snow making, and a Candy Cabin. There’s a fixed grip quad chairlift, named “Over and Out,” that will transport guests from the bottom of the Tombstone Express Lift and unload near the top of Sunrise Lift. With a ride time of approximately five minutes, the lift will significantly reduce the travel time from the base of Tombstone Express Lift to Canyons Village, and provide a more accessible route for guests to enjoy the world-class terrain surrounding Canyons Village. It will also greatly benefit skiers who start their day at Park City Mountain Village with plans to ski to Canyons Village. Non skiers will enjoy tubing, Utah Olympic Park, MINI-snowmobiles for kids 6-12, snowshoeing, sleigh rides, and more. Yearly events (dates vary from year to year): —SnowFest is mid December to early January. The most wonderful 16 days of the year features live music and activities - including ice sculptures, s’mores roasting and more - in both the Park City Mountain Village and Canyons Village every single day! —Spring Concert Series at Canyons Village —Spring Grüv is happening from mid-March - April with parties, concerts and the annual pond skim! Other things to note Upon request, housekeeping will deliver extra linens, towels, robes, kitchen & bath supplies to your door. They do not make up the sofa bed unless you have requested they do so. Call the front desk for heating/AC or appliance issues. Please call housekeeping immediately for spills on carpet or furniture. As our unit was recently renovated, please treat our unit as you would your own home. Please note that hotel staff are prohibited from entering an unoccupied unit with a PRIVACY PLEASE sign.
