Located in Regalia Park Towers Condominium, a 30 storey tower near Cubao-MRT. It could accommodate 4 person comfortably. Location near the corner of P. Tuazon Blvd. & EDSA, near Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon city. VALID IDs REQUIRED A DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE. PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY. The space In condo living.... space is a luxury, and that's what you get. A spacious living room, dining room and a full kitchen. Safe and secure, digital door entry lock, clap clap switch, induction stove, microwave, hot shower, and Wifi. All rooms have air-conditioning and either ceiling or wall fans. Exhaust systems are in place for have good air circulation. Its got different lighting mode to make your stay a pleasant experience. The condo has 60 square meters floor area. My personal belongings are locked away. Please read thoroughly before booking. Guest access CAPACITY, GUEST ID's, VISITORS - For confirmed bookings please submit VALID ID's AND VACCINATION CARDS of all guests (Government issued ID, Students ID, for toddlers & infants- Names and age). The building is a complex of 3-towers with 30 floors per tower. It is a high density-multi-zone use residential/commercial complex with tight but friendly security. As a requirement of building security all guest entering the condo unit would be required to submit the copies of their Government issued identification cards (sensitive data may be deleted) via email or via chat prior to entering the condominium building, please note the condominium policy "NO ID-NO ENTRY". NOTE: The regular guest capacity including children above 2years old is four (4) guest. Maximum guest capacity is four(4) guests. All guests' all be required to register and to leave IDs in the front security desk before entering the unit and may get it back only upon leaving the building. Guests' vistors are not allowed to enter the condominium unit, they may only allowed to wait in the lobby of the building. The condominium unit is for residential use only. No events. No parties. No wedding preps. No pets allowed. No smoking (penalty for smoking in the unit is Php5,000). Inclusive with this unit is one secured parking slot at the 3rd basement, guest who would use the parking should submit details of their car (Brand, make, color & plate #). Please note that due to building security, only guests' vehicles may use the parking slot, visitors of guest are not allowed to use the parking slot. Lots of pay parking in Araneta center. Swimming pool and kiddy pool, kids care area, gym, laundry services, drinking water purifying, are available inside the building (1st floor to the 3rd floor) and are not included in guest booking. All of these are subject to additional fees. Swimming pool operation is 9:00am to 6:00pm daily except Tuesdays(pool maintenance day). Swimming pool fee is php200php/person/day. Swimming pool is for guest use only and not for guests' visitors. Use of gym is available for guest with 30day bookings. Other things to note FACE MASKS & NO SMOKING The use of FACE MASKS is optional within the premised of the condominium building while NO SMOKING is strictly implemented within all areas of the building. Please note that all common areas are being monitored by closed circuit cameras and all violators will be penalized Php500.00 per offense, photos of violations will be posted with each penalty. CLEANING FEE & CLEANING Cleaning fee indicated with the booking covers only the cleaning and laundrying fee after the use if the condo unit and does not include cleaning during guests stay. It is the responsibility of guests to keep the unit clean during their stay as not to invite pest inside the condo unit. Please dispose of trash at least daily and not leave trash overnight. The trash disposal room is on the right door just outside the main door of the condo unit. For long staying guest who would require cleaning and linen change during their stay, a charge of Php900 is to be paid in cash per cleaning. ELECTRIC CONSUMPTION. PLEASE TAKE NOTE. We would like to make your stay as comfortable as possible, however we discourage the leaving of air conditioning units ON even when guest leave the unit. We have computed that a 10kw consumption of electricity per day is average electric consumption of the unit. Thus the daily electric consumption of 10kw/day is free. Any excess KW consumption above 10kw per day will be charged. LAUNDRY There is a pay laundry (wash and fold) service the ground floor. Hand washing of small laundry is possible and drying of laundry may be brought up to the roof deck laundry cage "LC004UP".
