The space The property is located within walking distance to the railway station (Beaulard stop), the Catholic Church, the restaurants and a market/bar. The entrance hallway leads to the dining room, the bathroom, the storage closet and two bedrooms, which offer a double bed, two bunk beds and a baby cot. The kitchen-living has a kitchen counter (induction, no gas), a dining table for 6 (or 8) with chairs and a bench, a smart tv and a sofa. Bed sheets, (bath and hand) towels and duvets are included for two adults. In the kitchen there is everything you need: oven and stove, pots, coffee maker, glasses (included wine and beer ones), cutrery, knives, bowls, cups and mugs, blender, grater, citrus squeezer. In the bathroom you can find a shower, a washing machine and the hairdryer. Hundred of Tex (books) ready to be read. There are two large balconies. The flat is newly renovated (2021). It is ideal for a peaceful holiday with family and friends. The garden is a large outlet for the summer.
