Inside, the open-plan layout features natural light and a blend of classic and Danish modern decor. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and All-Clad cookware. The newly renovated bathroom has a freestanding tub, open shower, luxury fixtures, and radiant floor heating. Outdoor amenities include a Weber BBQ, fire pit, cedar deck with dining and lounging areas, and a hot tub under the stars. Central AC, wireless internet, and cable TV provide comfort throughout your stay. Next door to world-renowned Shinnecock Hills Golf Club, and just 15 minutes to Poxabogue Golf Course. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, including the spacious 0.75-acre fenced backyard, sun deck, and outdoor amenities such as the hot tub, outdoor shower, BBQ grill, and fire pit. Inside, enjoy the comfort of the living area with an indoor fireplace, as well as the fully equipped kitchen and renovated bathroom. The property is private and perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or enjoying the beautiful Hamptons outdoors. Other things to note Pets We welcome small, hypoallergenic, house-trained dogs (typically under 15 lbs), but all pet requests are reviewed case by case. Pet fees vary based on your dog's size and length of stay. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in begins at 4 PM. Early check-ins may not always be possible due to deep cleaning between guests. Check-out is at 11 AM. Late check-outs (or early check-ins), when available, are $50 per hour. Hot Tub Relax in our backyard jacuzzi tucked behind the garden—perfect for stargazing or warming up during cooler months. Outdoor Shower Rinse off under the stars or after the beach in our tranquil outdoor shower—candlelit showers highly recommended! Fire Pit Gather around our cozy fire pit for s’mores and stargazing. Firewood is not provided but is available for purchase in town. BBQ Grill Enjoy our charcoal Weber grill with provided utensils. Reach out if you need help getting it going! Bicycles Beach cruiser bikes are available to explore the village, bay, or nearby farmstands at your leisure. Beach Gear We provide chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and beach towels for your convenience. Backyard & Lawn Care Our 0.75-acre fenced yard is serviced weekly. Lawn crews work quickly—thanks for your understanding. Trash & Recycling Weekly trash pickup is provided. Please separate recyclables and dispose of items in labeled bins.
