Our charming beach house is located in the town of Southampton just north of Southampton village. A mere 5-minute drive to both ocean and bay beaches, the property resides on a tranquil residential street opposite a picturesque horse farm. The expansive 0.75-acre fenced backyard boasts gorgeous, mature landscaping, ensuring utmost privacy for relaxation. Inside, the ambiance blends classic and Danish modern decor, evoking a vintage bohemian atmosphere. The spacious open layout seamlessly integrates the kitchen and living area, basking in natural light. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and high-quality Al Clad cookware, perfect for culinary enthusiasts. Outdoor amenities abound, including a brand new Weber BBQ for cookouts, an inviting firepit for cooler evenings, and a sprawling cedar deck with outdoor cedar dining table and lounges ideal for sun-soaked afternoons. With central AC, wireless internet, and cable TV, every modern comfort is at your fingertips. Come enjoy all the Hamptons has to offer in comfort and style! Entire property! Hot tub, outdoor shower, sun deck, indoor fireplace, expansive grounds and outdoor fire pit, BBQ grill. Pets: For guests wishing to bring along their furry companions, we typically welcome small (under 15lbs), hypoallergenic, and housebroken dogs. However, all pet requests are reviewed on case-by-case basis. Please note that pet fees will be assessed based on the size of your pooch and the length of your stay. Check-In: Check-in starts at 4pm. While we strive to offer flexibility with check-in times, please understand that early check-ins may not always be possible due to our deep-cleaning procedures between stays. Check-Out: Check-out time is promptly at 11:00 am. We kindly ask all guests to adhere to this schedule. Should you require a late check-out, please inform us in advance. Late check-outs (or early check-ins), when possible, will incur an additional charge of $50 per hour. Jacuzzi: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation experience by taking advantage of our jacuzzi nestled behind the flower garden in the backyard. Whether you're seeking warmth and comfort during the cooler winter months or yearning for a magical experience under the starry summer sky, our jacuzzi offers the perfect setting for unwinding and rejuvenating. Outdoor Shower: Make use of our outdoor shower nestled in the serene ambiance of our backyard oasis. After a day of sun and sand at the nearby beach, there's no better way to rinse off and refresh! Or, for a truly magical experience, indulge in an evening shower by candlelight under the starlit sky. Outdoor Fire-Pit: Unwind under the stars and create unforgettable memories with our fire-pit nestled in the beautiful backyard. There's nothing quite like sitting around an open fire in the summer, roasting marshmallows for s'mores, and sharing stories with loved ones. Whether you're seeking warmth on a cool evening or simply craving the cozy ambiance of a crackling fire, our fire-pit provides the perfect setting for relaxation and connection. Please be advised that while we do offer a charming fire-pit, we do not provide firewood. However, you can easily purchase firewood in Southampton village. BBQ Grill: Fire up the flavor with our new outdoor Weber BBQ grill, provided for your culinary enjoyment! Equipped with utensils, our grill is perfect for sizzling up savory delights under the open sky. Please note that our grill is a charcoal grill. If you require any assistance in using the grill, don't hesitate to reach out—we're here to ensure your grilling endeavors are a sizzling success! Bicycles: We provide complementary bicycles for your enjoyment. Embrace the freedom of exploration as you pedal your way to Southampton village, where boutique shops and delectable eateries await. Alternatively, escape to the tranquility of the bay, or immerse yourself in the rustic charm of the countryside with leisurely rides to explore nearby farms and farmstands. Beach Supplies: Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler are all provided for your use as well as beach towels. Backyard: We have weekly lawn service for the upkeep of our backyard. While we may not have the exact schedule of the lawn maintenance team, rest assured they will work diligently and efficiently to complete their tasks promptly. We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding any inconveniences that may arise during these maintenance periods. Trash Service: We have a weekly trash pick-up service. Please be aware that the trash cans can become full between scheduled pickups. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in separating and disposing of recyclables in the appropriate labeled trash bins. Supplies: We strive to ensure that all necessary supplies are readily available for your comfort and convenience.
