The whole apartment is at your disposal. ★LOCATION★ The apartment is located in a popular central district of Duisburg. There are many shops within walking distance – supermarkets, a beverage market, bakeries, restaurants. Shopping street is adjacent. The transport connection is optimal both by public transport and by car to the highways. The apartment is located only 4 minutes' walk from the U-Bahn [subway] stop. Only 2 minutes' drive to the highway, direct connection to the A40, A42, A3, A57 highways. Düsseldorf Messe, Essen Messe, Düsseldorf Airport and the cities of Düsseldorf, Cologne, Krefeld, Essen, Moers, Bochum and Oberhausen can be reached quickly. Düsseldorf Messe can be reached in 20 minutes by car and 50 minutes by metro. ★PARKING★ For parking, you can use the free parking spaces in front of the house or in the side streets. Opposite there is also paid parking. ★HOME★ The apartment offers you a pleasant time. In the cozy living room, there is a large sofa and a smart TV with Netflix. Through the large window front you have a beautiful view of the covered and shielded balcony, where you can enjoy the sun on the south side. The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm), as well as a wardrobe, a shelf and a desk with an office chair for home office. In the bathroom there is a private washing machine, and the laundry can be hung in the drying room under the roof. For the first few days of your stay, we will provide you with laundry detergent. In the well-equipped kitchen you will find everything you need, from dishes to various spices, oil, sugar, tea and coffee. There is also a dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer and stove with oven. A large dining table is also available. The apartment has a sunny balcony facing southwest. Here you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun undisturbed. ★SURROUNDINGS★ Meiderich City Park is only a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Within 30 minutes you can walk to the Duisburg Landscape Park.
