Located on the canals in Exmouth Marina, this property is a short stroll to Town Beach and Mantarays Resort. Launch your boat at the nearby ramp and enjoy a day on the water, or make yourself comfortable on one of the balconies and enjoy the Exmouth marine life from the comfort of home. The space Bedroom 1 contains a queen bed, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, and an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. Bedroom 2 contains a queen size bed, double wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. Bedroom 3 has 2x king size single beds, a chair and a double wardrobe. In bedroom 4 you will find a queen bed, bedside table and large wardrobe. The 5th, master bedroom, contains a queen size bed, walk in wardrobe, bedside tables, and an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. All rooms have views of the water as does the main bathroom. The study nook has 2x armchairs and a study desk. This area also has a cot which is available for guests to use at their discretion. Downstairs has a large, open plan kitchen, dining and living area with 70" smart TV. The dining table seats 8 people inside with an outdoor dining set on the adjoining patio with 10 seats outside. The kitchen is equipped with cooking facilities including induction cooktop, large oven, and double fridge/freezer combo with water cooler. The large double sink includes a water filter. the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, glassware and serving dishes. The house sits on a quiet street, walking distance to Mantarays, Town Beach and the Boat Ramp. And if you don't feel like going far to fish, you can drop a line in the canals. The property backs onto the harbour popular for boating, jetskiing and fishing. Ningaloo Reef & the Cape Range National Park are driving distance. There are a couple of board games and books to read. These are in the TV cabinet in the lounge. The Shire of Exmouth have public moorings available for hire directly across the canal (via footbridge). You can hire these by contacting the Shire. Guest access Make yourself comfortable in the house. The laundry is located in the garage. There is a washing machine and clothes line here for you to use. And a second fridge, should you need additional storage for food or drinks.
