Homey, very clean house in an Excellent Location

This is a really nice neighborhood in a prime location in Round Rock. You're 10 minutes from everything - HW35, HW130, HW45 and downtown Round Rock. Many stores, restaurants and businesses close by. Just a minute away from Old Settlers Park with trails, parks and a lake, the Dell Diamond and the new Kalahari Resort. You will have your own private room with a street view. A shared bath and house as desired. Daily turndown if desired. We're vaccinated! Our house has everything you need. The space * 25 minutes from the Domain * 35 minutes from downtown Austin * Sitting areas in the backyard including a hammock and a bench / writing area * You get full access to our YMCA - it's 2 miles away * We have standard cable, Netflix, Hulu and Prime Video * The room is basically child proof but the house is not * WiFi included * I like it cold so there's a space heater in the room * Full set of towels including a large bath towel for 2 people * Access to our local park including the pool, basketball courts, tennis courts and workout areas * PETS: Will consider. Let’s discuss. Guest access While your space is your room and the shared bathroom, you will also have access to the laundry room, kitchen, living / dining area and the back yard. During your stay Our small family lives here as well so we will be around but will give you all the privacy you need. It's my husband, my 16YO stepson and myself. We all work and do school from home. You'll have access to the main indoor areas only - kitchen, living area and dining room. The backyard and front as well. Happy to help you with the best local spots and fun times. Other things to note When you arrive you will be greeted by Heidi, our German Shepherd. She will smell you and ask you your name then demand that you pet her and let her kiss you if you’re willing. She looks intimidating but is a huge marshmallow.
