Luxury private bathroom & entrance near Tube
Description
Hotel-style room with a private bathroom and stylish bathtub. *20 minutes to Central London *Independent entrance for your privacy *Quiet residential street *Shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby The property is just 3 minutes from Turnpike Lane underground station (Piccadilly Line). This is a cozy, private place to return to after a long day exploring London! Please note: no kitchen, this is like a hotel room. Towels and bedsheets included. Please, no noise between 11pm and 7am The space Set in a typical 19th-century terrace house in a quiet residential road. You have an independent entrance to the side of the building, so you can come and go at your convenience. Guest access You have private use of your room and your en-suite bathroom. There is an independent entrance to your room from the street outside. Please note that guests have no access to the kitchen and the rest of the house. *THIS IS NOT A WHOLE APARTMENT*: it is a room with en-suite bathroom and private entrance, as in a hotel room. Other things to note INCLUDED: private bathroom, bedsheets and towels. NOT AVAILABLE: kitchen. Iron available, please ask. NOTE ABOUT THE BATHROOM DOOR: As you can see from the pictures, the bathroom door is a stylish barn-like one that leaves a small gap and is not meant to be soundproof. Please, make sure you are comfortable with your travel companion, as previous guests have reported that this caused some awkward moments! 🙏 NOISE AND QUIET HOURS: As the guest suite is set in our dwelling, expect normal household noise during daytime (vacuum cleaner, children playing, TV, etc). Walls in London are notoriously thin, so also expect some noise from neighbours and the street. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. We try not to disturb you within these times and ask you to do the same, so that everyone can get a good night's sleep! OFF-STREET PARKING: We can buy visitor parking permits for you to park in the controlled parking zone of Outer Wood Green (WG-O). You can usually find a free spot in our street (Raleigh Road). Permits are £5 per calendar day. Sundays and Bank Holidays are free. Weekdays from 6.30pm to 8am is also free. *Please let us know in advance if you need a visitor permit and send us your licence plate number* Visitor parking permits are virtual, which means you will not get a paper permit to display in your vehicle. Enforcement officers scan licence plates and check them against permit records. The CPZ of Outer Wood Green includes our street (Raleigh Road) and nearby streets. A map can be found by googling "Haringey CPZ".
