There are 1.5 rooms, consisting of the dining and working area downstairs with adjoining balcony and the living and sleeping area upstairs. In addition, of course, the bathroom and kitchen can be used. There is sleeping space for max. 4 people (2 in the 1.4 m bed and two on the 1.4 m sofa bed). However, there is also the possibility to add a mattress below (please mention in your request). Guest access The apartment can be used normally. However, a separate room will be occupied by Franzi and/or me during the time. The bathroom and kitchen are then also shared.
