The GreenHaus Oasis near Baltimore/DC/Annapolis

Our cozy 1 bedroom 1 bath guesthouse is a great base to explore three great cities: DC (30 min), Baltimore (20 min), and Annapolis (25 min). It is located in a residential neighborhood and is steps away from historic Savage Mill. It is home to several cute antique shops, restaurants, and running trails to explore. Meade (10 min) UMBC ( 15 min) BWI Airport (20 min) The space The guesthouse offers plenty of natural light and is stylishly decorated with different floral elements around the house. The bedroom has a queen-sized memory foam mattress and light filtering shades in the bedroom. There is a small closet and a rack to hang clothes. There's additional storage drawers underneath the bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, drip coffee/tea bar, fridge, dishes, baking supplies, oil, salt & pepper. (There is no dishwasher) The living room has a comfy couch and a 32-inch smart tv,various cards games, & books for your entertainment. There's a small dining area that can also be a workspace. In the bathroom you will find fresh clean towels and a hot shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. A picnic table is located right outside the guesthouse for you to enjoy the outdoors. Additional amenities: Iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and cleaning supplies are located on premises. Please send me a message if you would like to inquire about longer term stays. Pets may be allowed on per case basis. Guest access The guesthouse is a private space. Guests will be sharing the parking area with tenants of the main house. Other things to note There is no laundry on site. There is a laundromat down the street (2 min) that also offers wash and dry service. Kids that live in the main house may sometime be seen playing in the shared yard. No Pets No drugs or illegal activity. No parties or un-registered guests. All guests must be registered and accounted for on reservation. (Name, DOB and contact info). Smoking in property will be subject to $500 FINE. The guesthouse is located near a very natural area, small pests may be seen from time to time most of the time in the spring. We do our best to control them, if bug manages to bypass our controls, some bug spray is located under the sink. Due to the tiny nature of the home, in the summer strong thunderstorms may cause small vibrations.
