Need a place to crash that feels like home? Private, non-smoking room in a sweet Lima home just minutes away from things like the gym, grocery store, college campus and mall. Three minutes from downtown and less than 10 minutes from most large factories and hospital. Perfect for traveling work guests. Cable and Wi-Fi included! The space This is a private room that’s available in a house with common spaces like the kitchen, back deck, living room and eating space. Washer and dryer on site. Guest access When you arrive you’ll have quick easy access to the guest room which will be all yours and have keyed access, my living room, front porch, back deck, kitchen and eating space off the kitchen. You’ll share a bathroom with another guest! Washer and dryer is located in the basement. Use the door inside the kitchen to go downstairs. The step is a-little steep but there is a grab bar beside the door if you need it. During your stay We would love to point you in the right direction of great food and activities, but we are also more than happy to give you some quiet time to yourself in a place where you can relax and just chill. Just let us know which one you are looking for so we can plan. We love pointing travelers in the direction of things to do around Lima or let you enjoy a nice quiet walk around the neighborhood. Other things to note This house is shared with a couple other guests. But that is one of the things that makes us uniquely and surprisingly exciting to visit. We have many traveling professionals that come to our area and enjoy the interactions of professionals who are far from home and can still sit down with someone over dinner if they are completely over quiet time.
