This Atrium is just steps from the oceanfront pools, beach access, restaurants, golf, and more. With two large bedrooms, each with its own full bath, this is a great villa for a family or two couples looking for a wonderful Seabrook getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked! There is a dinette that accommodates 6 separating the kitchen and living room. The living room has fabulous decor and furniture. It has a flat screen Smart TV. Walk through the sliders to a large private balcony with views toward the golf course, ocean, and Island House. Dine al fresco at the table that comfortably seats 6, or relax in the comfortable rocking sofas while you read your favorite book. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and adjoining full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a two queen size beds with adjoining full bathroom with a separate sink area. There is a stackable washer/dryer tucked into the master bath for your use. All living & sleeping areas have ceiling fans to enhance those great ocean breezes. There is a 55" wall mounted television in the great room for your enjoyment. It is fully furnished with linens, towels (we do ask you to bring your own beach towels), books, WiFi, cable TV, and more. Atrium Villas are across the street from the oceanfront swimming pools and Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant and bar. The Island House restaurants, bar, and golf shop is next door also. The Tennis and Equestrian Centers and Lake House are a short ride away. Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is included in this rental. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply). Up to (2) dogs welcome! Additional fees apply! SBI STR25-000268 Guest access *Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive. Other things to note Cancellation Policy: For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement. For monthly rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
