All the areas that are off limits to guests are locked and labeled. We will be available 24/7. Jeffersonville is a charming older village nestled in the Western part of the Sullivan County Catskills. You will see that Jeffersonville’s Main Street (Route 52) is loaded with entrepreneurial spirit offering an eclectic mix of shops, restaurants and businesses. Conveniently located near Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, the Woodstock Museum and the beautiful, scenic and recreational Delaware River. On the main street of Jeffersonville you will find shopping spots for art, antiques and gifts, and great places to stop for a meal. Nikus Dream Home is 2 hours away from NY City, you will need a car to get there and around. In the winter we recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle that can handle the snow and gravel roads. Parking is in the driveway as well as an oversized garage next to the house. Well behaved house trained small/medium size dogs are welcome for a $150 non-refundable fee. One dog is allowed per reservation, unless otherwise approved by the host. NO SMOKING INDOORS. Guests may smoke outside on the deck and balconies. We have a washer and dryer in the house, which are accessible to guests that are staying for 5 nights or more.
