Guest access Guests enjoy the full run of the house and the surrounding 2+ acre property, with the exception of few areas : utility closets (boiler room, electrical room, etc.), firewood storage and cleaner service room. All the areas that are off limits to guests are locked and labeled. Other things to note Well behaved house trained small/medium size dogs are welcome for a $150 non-refundable fee.
