Have fun with the whole family at this stylish chalet close to the slopes! My Mountain Chalet is a beautiful A frame design located just .6 miles from the base of the mountain and features 4 private bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a back deck, indoor wood burning fireplace, 2 car garage + ski and bike storage and an amazing sun room. Watch the snow fall around you in the winter and feel like your in a tree house during the summer. 2 Smart TVs, fireplace, high speed WiFi, a w/d & a full kitchen. The chalet consists of 3 stories. The first story is a large 2 car garage space. Above that lies the the main living room and fireplace, kitchen, office and 2 bedrooms with the shared bathroom. This level also features the 2nd living room, that is our glass sun room. The 3rd level features the Primary Suite with full bathroom, a landing space and a 4th bedroom. All bedrooms are private bedroom spaces. I have a one of a kind sunroom where you can relax with your morning cup of coffee and feel like you are in a tree house in the summer or watch the snow fall around you in the winter! The home is a on a very private corner lot with private drive and large lot. You have a private sledding hill right behind the house in the winter. You can walk to the slopes during the summer to take the Chili Express to the top and hike down. Great central location to all the Angel Fire amenities (Lowes Grocery Store) and local restaurants and walking distance to my favorite patio spot, El Jeffe. The home has 2 kings, 2 queens and 1 twin bed. It also features 2 Smart TVs, fireplace, high speed WiFi, a w/d & a full kitchen and 2 living rooms and a private office. Angel Fire is located 25 min from Red River (which I love to go to each time I am in town) and hit the Red River Brewing Company and located 40 min from Taos through the Carson National Forest Mountain Pass. Angel Fire is a charming, quiet and fantastic Mountain Town and my house is perfect for just relaxing and breathing the fresh mountain air!Outside of the 2nd level is a large patio with beautiful trees and a peak at the runs at the Angel Fire Resort. Guests have access to the entire chalet. I am available anytime via text or calling! I aim to please and want to make sure you have a fantastic stay at my home. Located near Main Street in Angel Fire. Walk to El Jeffe, The Lodge and other local Angel Fire restaurants as well as to the base of the mountain! The neighborhood is part of the Angel Fire Resort and is quiet and peaceful and centrally located. The house has a large 2 car garage which guests can have access to during their stay. There is also a large and level driveway that offers additional parking. A 4x4 vehicle is always recommended during the winter season is getting around Angel Fire and surrounding areas. Angel Fire my families little piece of heaven! We visit the home about 4 times a year. I love to share the beauty and relaxation of Angel Fire and open our home to your family. We are not a brand new home, but a very well maintained and kept home. Please take care of our space. The sun room is magical. It has base board heat and being that it is glass, it will always be a little chilly during the winter (but will warm up) and can be warm during the summer (windows would need to be open). The rest of the home has central heat. We do NOT have Central Air ,which is common in Angel Fire and you really do not need during the summer (gets cold at night), but we have central heat during winter. I have ceiling fans and floor fans for additional comfort.
