Other things to note Please review our House Rules → Quiet hours starts at 9pm → Heating and cooling is controlled centrally and kept at 21 C. The temperature in the units cannot be adjusted. → Portable radiators are provided if you require additional heat. The building is 100 years old, with potential for noise to carry. Starter Basic toiletries - Soap, Toilet paper, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash(sufficient so that you don’t need to go shopping on your first night) Please ensure that your reservation is for the right number of guests in order for us to maintain compliance with Airbnb rules and for our insurance. For guests without prior reviews or recommendations, we require a refundable deposit of at least $200 or 20% of the total booking price. The security deposit may be retained for the following:  > Additional cleaning  > Damages or missing items >  Unauthorized late check-out You will receive a resolution request for the security deposit, which MUST be settled prior to check-in. It will be refunded 24 hours after check-out time.
