Our Villa is located between Islamorada and Marathon Key on Duck Key at the Village of Hawks Cay; one of the most desirable locations in the Florida Keys. This is at Mile Marker 61. With ocean views, high-end finishes, comfy beds and plenty to do in the surrounding areas, the Villa offers something for everyone. There is an in-ground splash pool located on the patio. It is not a hot tub but reaches a maximum temperature of 104 degrees for those desiring heat. Other things to note You will receive an additional invoice after your rental to collect the 5% Monroe County Tourist Development Tax. It is calculated on the gross rental amount. We are privately owned. We are not affiliated with Hawks Cay Resort. Therefore, you will not have access to any resort amenities. Our guests are provided access to The Cabana Club in Key Colony. There you will have access to a pool, private beach, hot tub, bar, and restaurant. The Cabana Club staff provides poolside service. The State of Florida and Monroe County have amended guidelines for vacation rentals. We are limited to 6 guests for this property. Each property must post our phone number on the front of the property making it available to all residents to report non-compliance issues, such as guests being too noisy, having a party, or having more guests in the unit than permitted. If authorities are called to our property, we are subject to fines and you can be evicted from the property, immediately. If we are called or you are evicted, you will forfeit your remaining rental, security deposit and pay any fines levied.
