Check out our guide to organizing your getaways The space Recent air-conditioned accommodation including: A master suite: Bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm queen size double bed, a TV, storage, office. A bathroom with a sink, wc and shower. Hairdryer. Towels and bedding provided. Kitchen is equipped with: a small oven, microwave, washing machine, glass-ceramic hob 2 fires, a refrigerator and a freezer. Necessary available for cooking (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, pot, stove, plates, cutlery, kitchen utensils, citrus press, blender, cloths,etc.). The stay includes: a sofa with a relaxing function (raises the legs), tv and TV stand, Chromecast ( to follow your apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime,... via your account ), Activity games (card games, board games) Internet included, Armchair sofa bed convertible into a single extra bed (90 × 200) Electric shutters, Provided to you as an extra: salt, pepper, oil, sugar, toilet paper, cotton rod, shower gel, shampoo, household products, garbage bag in the garbage cans,... It will be up to you to complete as needed. Breakfast offered the first night ( coffee, tea, cupcakes, rusks, jams, honey, cereals) Parking: You can park your vehicle for free in 1 private parking space below the villa ( truck / van ) or in 1 also private parking space at the rear of the villa in front of the garage. Electric vehicles: Self-service electric vehicle fast charging stations about 500 meters away. Swimming pool accessible from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Additional time slots can be booked at a rate of €10 per hour, subject to availability. Outdoor lounge area on the garden side with panoramic views open 24 hours a day. Regarding the extra bed: the bed and bed linen are included for bookings of 3 people, for bookings of 2 people, the main bed is prepared however if you prefer to use the extra bed, a supplement of €5 for the linen will be requested and it must be booked before your arrival. • Housekeeping: 🧹 We leave it to our guests to leave the space clean and tidy when you check out, OR, To contribute to cleaning fees of up to 15 euros for one or two nights and 5 euros per additional night with a maximum of 40 euros (7 days or more), cleaning and dishwashing are not included in the cleaning fees.
