This 2218 sq ft. home features a modern but cabin vibe you want when being in the mountains. The house was recently renovated and has all brand-new essentials/appliances. It has four spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a deck with a view of the woods, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room. If you walk further in the backyard you will find a large pond. There is a game room with a pool table, foosball, ping-pong table, and board games. TV is available to attach to your game consoles. This home can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. The driveway fits up to 6 cars. **MAIN LEVEL**- OPEN CONCEPT LIVING ROOM- comfortable seating for seven KITCHEN- Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, keurig coffee maker, and all essential utensils. 4 person seating- peninsula DINING ROOM- open concept connected with kitchen, living room, and the deck BBQ. 7-8 person dining table (4 BEDROOMS & 3 FULL BATHROOMS) ** We provide a paper towel (kitchen), basic condiments (salt & pepper), hand soap, two toilet paper rolls per bathroom, one garbage bag per garbage bin (kitchen and bathrooms), pillows, towels, comforters, and sheets. BEDROOM 1- (MAIN LEVEL) 2 full size beds (sleeps up to 4) BEDROOM 2- (2ND LEVEL) Master Suite w/ Bathroom- Queen size bed (sleeps up to 2) BEDROOM 3- (2ND LEVEL) Day bed- 2 twins (sleeps 2) BEDROOM 4- (2ND LEVEL) 2 full size beds (sleeps4) BATHROOM 1- Full bath with, shower, toilet, and double sink. BACKYARD/ FRONT YARD- 1.3 acres of land. The backyard features a beautiful large deck facing woods, a BBQ grill, and fire pit. Further back is a large pond. DRIVEWAY- large and can fit a maximum of 6 cars. Our home is nestled in the woods, surrounded by nature. While we maintain the home with regular cleanings and professional pest control, guests may still encounter critters such as squirrels, chipmunks, deer, raccoons, insects (ants, mosquitoes, spiders, etc.), and the occasional friendly bug or two inside or outside the property. This is part of the natural woodland experience and is outside of our control. Other things to note **NOTE: MUST AGREE TO COMMON HOUSE RULES PRIOR BOOKING. FINES OR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELED NON- REFUNDABLE IF NOT FOLLOWED** - IDs (driver's licenses) will be required once a booking is confirmed for security purposes only. Do not accept 3rd party bookings . - No additional guests day or night. ($500) - Please, do not leave the doors open, to avoid insects in the house. - We will request IDs for security purposes ONLY (privacy assured). - There are security cameras outside (front, side, and backyard. For security and liability purposes only). - No smoking anywhere inside ($500 FINE) - No fireworks ($500 FINE) - No pets - Quiet hours are from 9:30 pm-8 am- Respect the neighbors. - Respect the home like it was your own. - Be aware of wildlife on the property: plenty of deer and occasional bears and foxes. - Do not leave any garbage outside whatsoever. Bears will tear up the bags. You are responsible for additional trash that does not fit in the garbage bin . - Damages upon arrival and during your stay MUST BE REPORTED. - Must fill out community documents prior to arrive for security purposes
