The space This stylish single-story home is perfect for guests seeking a comfortable and accessible stay. Designed with an open-concept layout, the kitchen, living room, and dining area flow seamlessly, creating a warm and inviting space for gatherings. The kitchen features sleek granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious island with seating. The dining table comfortably accommodates six guests. The primary bedroom offers a private retreat with an en-suite bathroom (shower only, no tub), while the two additional bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a tub. Step outside to a large, fully fenced yard, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Enjoy al fresco dining at the outdoor table or fire up the provided charcoal grill for a barbecue. Guests also have access to the garage for added convenience. Whether you're visiting for relaxation or adventure, this home has everything you need for a very sweet stay. Guest access The entire house and property are all yours! Other things to note - If you’re hanging out in the backyard during the week, you will hear noise from a daycare that is close by. - We have a number of other houses located close by, in case you need multiple houses. Let us know! - Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM. - Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note, early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day.
