This 3-bedroom private villa is part of a new residence located in the northern part of Phuket, 10 min' from the airport. Surrounded by a rubber forest, the villa is in a peaceful and quiet environment, yet close to several attractions such as Mission Hills Golf, Splash Jungle water park & famous beaches like Nai Yang or Mai Khao. Subtly inspired by classic Japanese motives, the villas are comfortable & stylish. We offer attractive long-term rates. The UWC international school is 3km away. The space The villa consists of a living room with a Smart TV, a dining table and a well-equipped open kitchen. There is also a toilet room. The two bedrooms share a bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a raised futon, combining Western comfort with Japanese imagery. At the back, a small Zen garden offers a peaceful corner for reading or meditation. Guest access The villa is all yours. There is a gated carpark. You have access to the residence shared pool. Other things to note Let me now share a few practical details to facilitate your arrival and your stay. Apart from electricity, our price is all inclusive: in particular there is no extra Airbnb service fees to add to the rental price. - Children and infants are welcome, and we can provide a baby cot and a baby chair upon request. - Pets: One small pet (1 cat or 1 dog under 30 KG) is allowed for a THB 1,200 cleaning fee per stay (for 2 bedrooms / 1500 THB for 3 bedrooms) - We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person and one set of soap, shampoo and shower gel for each bathroom. After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favorite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful. Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the villa (1200 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night. Electricity is charged at 8 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 120 THB per bedroom per day, for a normal usage, with aircon during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the villa, you will most likely pay an additional 200 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
