Strategic location in the Gastronomic Hub: close to the Saens Peña Subway, Maracanã, Petrobras (EDIHB), CEFET and Shopping. As it is a bohemian area, there are bars and live music in the surroundings. I will be available for local tips and to make your stay safe and light. Use of daytime AC for a fee. The apartment has only one permanent resident, ensuring a quiet environment. ⚠️ Air Conditioning Rules ❄️ For your total comfort, the use of air conditioning is included in the price of the stay during the NIGHT. If you wish to use it during the day as well, a small daily fee will be applied (see rates at the time of booking for the updated daily rate). Guest access The common areas (living room and kitchen for practical snacks) are shared with me, other guests, family or friends. During your stay I'm very peaceful🤩. I love people! Other things to note The atmosphere is airy, it has two windows in the bedroom and is located in a family building of only 3 floors (access by two flights of stairs). Imbatable Location We are in a central and easily accessible region, perfect for those coming for work or leisure: Mobility: Close to the subway (reach the center in 15 min and the South Zone beaches in 30 min). Convenience: Close to the Bus Station, airports, Maracanã, Shopping Tijuca, Colégio Militar, CEFET and Petrobras (EDIHB). Facilities: The region is full of bars, restaurants, markets, gyms and local shops. ✅️ Important Rules and Details: To ensure a harmonious coexistence, we ask for attention to some points: Check-in: From 12 noon (flexible hours upon request). Freedom with Respect: We ask for extra attention to silence when returning late. Visitors: Access is restricted to registered guests only. It is not allowed to receive visitors. Sustainability: We value the conscious consumption of water and energy, in addition to taking care of the organization of common areas. Bed/Bath Linen: Changed weekly (every 7 days). Parking: The building does not have parking spaces, but it is possible to park on the street or in nearby rotating garages. ⚠️Extra Notes Commemorative Dates: The default amount is for 1 guest. For festive periods and double bookings, the amounts will be negotiated separately.
