The apartment is a special place, a place of peace and I want to share it with you. Room in a family environment, located in the heart of Tijuca. Close to Maracanã Stadium, Petrobras (Edihb), CEFET, Shopping and Saens Pena Square (subway). It is in the neighborhood's gastronomic hub, in the bohemian zone, with options for restaurants, bars, live music, market and fitness centers. I will be happy to welcome you and I am available to answer questions and give tips about the city/neighborhood in general. The space The available room is well ventilated and has a SINGLE box bed that comes with an auxiliary bed (photos available), fan, air-conditioning, wardrobe, macaw, 43" Smart TV, exclusive workspace and view of Varnhagem Square. Common areas: kitchen, bathroom and living room. We provide soap and a towel. Partial use of the bedroom closet. 1 permanent resident The use of air-conditioning is so that you can have a more pleasant night's sleep. Other things to note The location is easily accessible and by subway you can reach the center in 10-15 minutes and 30-35 minutes to the beaches /south zone of the city. We are also located in a central region, close to the city's bus station and airports. *Colégio Militar, CEFET, Petrobras (EDIHB), Maracanã, Shopping Tijuca, Metro and an abundance of bars, markets, restaurants, shops in general and gyms. The room has two windows, well ventilated. The apartment is front-facing and is on the 3rd (top) floor, two flights of stairs. Check-in time 12:00 p.m. (negotiable). We do not restrict the return time to the apartment/room, only that you respect the quiet hours. Visitor access is not allowed. Towels and bed linens will be changed every 7 days. We ask that as a member of our household, you be conscientious about water and energy consumption, as well as cleaning and organization. In the event of damage to household objects, it is the guest's responsibility to replace them. We can store your luggage after check-out, however extended stays and use of common areas will not be allowed. For holiday periods, if the guest is interested in booking for two people, the amounts will be negotiated, as the Airbnb reservation amount is for 1 guest only.
