Modern cabin in beautiful Norefjell. Unique hiking opportunities on foot, by bike or on skis. The ski slope is just outside the living room window. Only 1 km to the nearest alpine slope. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. Two with double beds and one with a family bunk bed, double down and single up. There is also a sofa bed, double bed, in the basement living room. A total of nine beds. The cabin has a modern kitchen, washing machine and a small bathroom with space for two people. Parking for 2 cars and electric car charger with type 2 coupling. Great place all year round. The space Heating with heat pump, heating cables and fireplace. WiFi and TV with Chromecast. Guest access The entire cabin is available with certain restrictions on the outdoor storage. Outdoor chairs, snow removal equipment, toilet paper and paper towels can be picked up in the storage room, but other things in the storage room are private. Ski equipment can be stored in the storage room, but must be free of snow before it is put in. If needed, there is also salt and sand in the storage room. This can be used to sprinkle if there is ice and slippery in the courtyard. The fire pit can be used, but you have to buy wood yourself. Available at Kiwi in Noresund or Joker, Sandumseter. The fire pit must never be used in strong winds or left unattended. In the period from April 15 to September 15, there is a general ban on campfires in Norway. Other things to note Garbage from the cabin is thrown in containers that are located in the parking lot at Skistua and down in the valley at Norelia.
