Welcome to our home, we are a family of four who love to surf and spend time by the sea. Tucked away overlooking the beautiful coastal village of Ilfracombe. The property is set at the top of the bay with panoramic sea views. You can chill out after a day at the beach and enjoy the the magical sunsets from the deck. With its beach hut vibe, the accommodation has been lovingly renovated by architect surfers to a very high standard, perfect for romantic breaks or family holidays. The space An all weather bolthole, light and airy with a sunny deck for hot summer days. Pick your self fresh raspberries in the summer, from the private garden. The house has a sitting room/dining area with a very comfy sofa and a cosy kissing chair. In the winter, curl up with a good book and enjoy the incredible views from the cosy living space. Table seating 4, TV, broadband, smart speaker, bookshelves and board games. The outdoor dining area seats 4. The Master bedroom has been stylishly refurbished. Enjoy waking up to the beautiful sea views in a comfortable king-sized bed. The second bedroom accommodates two twin beds, perfect for a family of four. To the front of the property is an outdoor tap, perfect to rinse down those sandy wetsuits after a surf. Drying racks have been installed in the bathroom. Newly refurbished, the bathroom has a stand alone shower and bath tub. Guest access Our house has off-street parking, and plenty of additional street parking so you will never need to worry. The property garage is used for owner storage and is not accessible to guests. Other things to note NO ANIMALS We have a strict no animal policy including service animals, due to severe allergies within the family. BEACHES If you are surfer s, Woolacombe, Putsborough, Saunton Sands and Croyde are only a short drive away. Ilfracombe has the harbour beach, the two tunnels beach, which is a beautiful victorian tunnels leading to a private beach definitely worth a trip. WALKS With a variety of paths winding their way through the North Devonshire coast, including the Tarka trail. The location if perfect for walking and cycling enthusiasts
