The space There is a short walk to the Ceredigion Coast Path where you can enjoy some quality time walking the coast and discovering the area’s best kept secrets - hidden coves, stunning wildlife and scenery beautiful enough to drop your jaw! If you’re looking for days spent on a beach, take your pick of the golden sandy beaches we have here dotted along the Cardigan Bay coast! Cardigan is the nearest town from here where you can find the most unique shops, places to eat and be sure to visit the eclectic hidden Bar 45, found down the most unassuming street. The bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the property. There are a total of 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed, built in wardrobes, patio doors to outside and views of the sea. This shares a Jack and Jill ensuite shower room with bedroom 2. Bedroom 2 has a King size bed and built in wardrobes. Bedroom 3 has a King size bed, built in wardrobes and a private ensuite shower room. Bedroom 4 has a Super-King size bed, built in wardrobes, shower, cloakroom and views of the sea. The ground floor is completed with a family bathroom with bath and a utility/boot room leading out to the garden and hot tub. Upstairs there is an open plan area with kitchen, dining area and living space with chairs, sofa, log burner and sea views. Wander through the next door and you’ll find another spacious living area with comfy sofas (one is a sofa bed, so an extra two guests can be accommodated on prior arrangement), a large dining table to sit all guests, and sea views to gaze at all day! Off this room is a cloakroom. Both living spaces have access to the spacious balcony where you can enjoy the superb sunsets across the sea. Completing the upstairs is a conservatory with office desk and chair accessed through the open plan lounge/kitchen area, this also has access to the balcony and sea views. There is a large garden to enjoy, with the main area laid to lawn, decking area with hot tub and outdoor seating, all with a sea view. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay, but please bring your own towels for use at the beach. Pets allowed by prior arrangement. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate can be provided by prior arrangement (please bring your own cot linen). Free private parking for 4 cars on the drive, plus two outside of the gated driveway.
