With a king-size bed in each upstairs bedroom and a full en suite bathroom attached to each, everyone can get a good night of sleep, fresh for a day of visiting favorite haunts in Bloomington and on campus. The basement is its own separate suite with a queen size bed, desk, TV, living area and full bath making it a perfect area for those in your party who may be traveling with children. With attention to details both small and large, the kitchen has everything at hand to cook and eat meals without having to lug anything along with you. We provide a coffee maker, electric tea kettle, coffee, tea, and sweetener to get your morning started off right. Pots, pans, baking dishes and sheets, utensils, glasses, mugs, knives, cutting boards, blender and even a mixer are at the ready for you. Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and abundant towels for all. The beds have new mattresses and soft cotton bedding, with extra blankets in case you get chilly and ceiling fans in case you get warm. Each bedroom has a dresser and walk-in closet and luggage rack so you can truly unpack. The living room and basement have smart TVs ready to go. Finally, if you get ready to brush your teeth, floss or shave and find you’ve forgotten your toothbrush, razor, etc. you’ll find backups at the ready of essential toiletries. Located in a quiet neighborhood of lovely townhomes, this immaculately cared for home is definitely not a place to come to party. The home shares a wall with a next door neighbor, so normal neighborhood quiet hours are important for the comfort of all. If you’re feeling kinda rowdy, this is not the right place for you. Our guests come to enjoy each other’s company and enjoy Bloomington, the IU campus and Brown County. They appreciate a very clean and well-appointed home, and treat it with care and respect. We are incredibly lucky to get to host such wonderful guests! Guest access Guests can park in the spots in front of the townhouse with easy entry through the front door with the electronic keypad. Other things to note Guests must climb stairs to get to the sleeping areas. Guest access Guest have access to the entire townhouse with the exception of a locked closet in the basement. The other closet in the basement is available for use.
