The 2‑bedroom, 1‑bath layout offers plenty of room for families, with an open‑concept design, a full eat‑in kitchen, a separate dining area, and a cozy living space. Outside, you’ll find even more room to relax with a gas grill, outdoor dining table, and fire pit. Bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash are provided so you can pack light. The kitchen is stocked with essentials such as coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, flour, salt, pepper, spices, and basic condiments in the fridge. This guest house is a duplex with two separate private units, each with its own entrance and dedicated outdoor space. Newly installed privacy fencing ensures a peaceful stay for both sides. The home sits at the top of a hill at the entrance to our 13‑acre farmstead, offering panoramic sunset views of the surrounding mountains and wilderness. Guest access Your stay includes the entire Rear Unit and the back half of the yard. This area features a cozy fire‑pit seating setup, a gas BBQ grill with a dining table, and a hammock located in the back left corner of the yard. Firewood is not provided, so guests should plan to bring their own if they’d like to use the firepit. We kindly ask that you respect the privacy of guests in the front unit. Please note that the driveway is unpaved, consistent with the rural setting. The designated parking area is gravel and provides stable, easy access year‑round. For safety and security, the barn, the steps leading to it, and the guest house attic are off‑limits. Other things to note Yard games, canopies and folding lawn chairs available upon request.
