Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property and its grounds as well as access to the river. The Richelieu market where you can find all the essential food for your stay is a 5-min walk, or 400 m from the chalet. An SAQ branch 700 m away on the main road For bigger grocery stores, you can go to Mont-Tremblant in less than 20 minutes. Other things to note NEIGHBORHOOD PEACE - COMPLAINTS At ALL TIMES, it is essential to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. It is forbidden to hold parties that involve more people than authorized in the contract, or that generate an unreasonable level of noise. Non-compliance may result in immediate eviction and an additional fee of $500 for any inconvenience caused. Presence of outdoor cameras for your safety and sound level detectors. NO PETS – NO SMOKING (vaping included) PRICING BASED ON NUMBER OF GUESTS Our pricing is based on the number of people on site per day. Any additional guest must pay a fee of $60 + tx + platform fee per day, even if they are not staying overnight. We ask that you notify us of their presence, without delay, before they arrive on site. For holiday stays (Dec. 22 to Jan. 6), Quebec, Ontario and American spring break weeks, Easter and summer stays (June 17 to Sept. 15), we require a minimum of 4 guests per booking. MAXIMUM USER CAPACITY: At no time can the maximum guest capacity exceed 8 guests. Under penalty of having to abruptly end the current stay. NO TELEVISION IN THE LIVING ROOM Please note that the only 2 TVs in the cottage are located in the master bedrooms. The living room has no TV but rather a breathtaking view of the river and the fireplace in winter. BED ARRANGEMENT: Bedroom 1 upstairs: 1 king bed Bedroom 2 upstairs: 1 king bed Bedroom 3 upstairs: 1 single bunk bed, 2 single beds Please note that all bedrooms are located upstairs and there are stairs. RIVER ACCESS Please note that Mother Nature retains control over rainfall and summer droughts, which can cause the river's water level to rise or fall quickly. Access to beaches and sandbars will be modified, or even inaccessible. Unsupervised swimming. SHOOTING/ADVERTISING Please contact us to confirm the feasibility of your project.
