Very comfortable environment for an unforgettable vacation in the most beautiful region of the city. The space Located 80 meters (2-minute walk) from Prainha/trapiche. It is possible to walk to Praia da Lagoinha (130m), Embrulho, Sepultura, Biguá, Quatro Ilhas and more. - Just a 5-minute walk to the city center where you'll find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and shops. -Also close to the pirate boat wharf, kayak, stand up and paddle boat rides. - First floor, without an elevator. - Quiet region at night - Garage with electronic gate, security camera and tags at the entrances. -It has 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. We accept up to 6 people in the apartment. -Air-conditioning in both bedrooms and ceiling fan in the living room. -100mb fiber optic Wi-Fi, Smart TV, hairdryer, iron and all kitchen items (except food). It has a grill and skewers. -We provide 2 beach chairs per apartment. Other notes: We do not yet provide sheets, towels, shampoo and conditioner, so we kindly ask guests to bring these items. We provide pillows, bedspread, blanket and foot cloth. Guests often say the apartment is even better than it looks in the photos :D
