We have two excellent coffee shops within walking distance to the home - Grounds for Pleasure and Old Tipp Coffee Company. There are several well-respected restaurants in town as well such as Coldwater Cafe and Harrisons. Grab a drink before or after dinner at Chaffee's Brewhouse & Wine Vault. Pick up a sweet treat from Sweet Adaline's Bakery or a quick bite to eat and some wine from Bodega Market. Check out several of Tipp's antique stores such as Midwest Memories. Shop the beautiful pottery at The Hotel Gallery. Living Simply Soap has some wonderful self-care items that make for a lovely bubble bath! If you're looking to get outdoors, we are just a short walk from the Great Miami River Recreational Trail where you can walk, run, bike, etc. The trail extends 32 miles from Troy to Dayton. We are also a short walk from the Tipp City Park which has basketball courts, a playground, and tennis courts. The Tipp City pool is adjacent to the park. We are approx. 10 minutes from Downtown Troy, OH which hosts several excellent shops and restaurants to explore as well! If you're looking for a great brewery check out Moeller Brew Barn. Agave & Rye has taco's that are out of this world and for some nostalgia, visit K's Hamburger Shop and enjoy a burger and malt. The area we are located in is very safe and walkable.
