Keurig, coffee maker, French press, and coffee grinder available. Comfy, clean King sized bed gives you the space you need to get a good night's sleep. Two twin beds set up in the second bedroom - great for kids or extra guests. The 2nd bedroom has blackout blinds installed great for naps or sleeping in. Being located in a historic town, we do have several trains that pass through Tipp City. Please note that you will hear the train. We've provided sound machines next to each bed in case you are a light sleeper. Tankless hot water heater has been installed which means endless hot water for your stay!
