The neighborhood is quiet and has a very nice view. Great place for those who like to walk and bike. The house has a large outdoor area with a barbecue, benches and a hammock for lying on. The fireplace can be used at will (we do not provide firewood). It has space for several cars. The space Guests will be able to use the entire space. For those who like mineral water, it is worth visiting the Fonte Nossa Senhora das Graças, which is also very close to the house and you can get water at any time.
