You will love the proximity to the city (15 minutes' drive from the airport and train station, 10 minutes from Nantes city center), the sea (45 minutes) and many cultural sites. Transportation (free on weekends!!!) and bike trails nearby. The space 3 Bedrooms: - 2 with 140 x 200 beds and 1 with 160 x 200 bed (quality mattresses and bed linens) - sheets included and bed made - wardrobe or dresser Living room: - Dining area for 6 people with a large extendable table - Sofa and armchair - TV Bathroom: - Walk-in shower - Bath mats (towels not included) Kitchen: Fully equipped, it will allow you to prepare your small dishes: - Appliances: Oven, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge, dishwasher, toaster - Pod coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), and machine with filter -Water boiler Yard: Not overlooked, enclosed and with a large table, it will allow you to enjoy the calm just a few steps from the city. To avoid a surcharge, we do not charge an additional cleaning fee. However, we ask that you empty the garbage cans, remove the sheets, put away the clean dishes and leave the house in the condition you found it in when you arrived. Guest access The property is entirely for guests. Guests can park their vehicle in the garden, which is convenient and secure. Other things to note You can discover all the must-see places around Nantes and Loire-Atlantique: • Nantes: For a breath of fresh air every season and during the holidays, come and visit Nantes, stroll along the banks of the Erdre, through the Île de Versailles or in the alleys of the Jardin des Plantes. The Île de Nantes will amaze you with its machines of the island, its Giant Elephant, its Carrousel of the Marine Worlds and the Anneaux de Buren that light up after dark. The castle of the Dukes of Brittany arouses your curiosity and reveals the city's past secrets. A stone's throw away, visit the Bouffay district and enjoy the many terraces. Take in the panoramic view from Le Nid, take the Passage Pommeraye staircase and continue the walk in the Graslin, Decré or Feydeau neighborhoods: getting lost there is a real pleasure!
