Several shops 50 meters away (bakeries, butcher/delicatessen, restaurants, pharmacy, bookstore and grocery store). A crossroads market is a 15-minute walk away. The "large" city center of dinard with the beach of the lock, its casino, its heated seawater pool and its shops and accessible in 15 minutes walk from the apartment. You can take many walks or bike rides thanks to the GR34 and the greenway. The thalasso hotel and spa Emeria de Dinard is a 15-minute walk from the property. The large Saint-Malo Aquarium is only 15 minutes away by car. Type 2 (29m2) step-free on the ground floor including: - a living room (new 140x200 sofa bed, a bar table for two, a four-person table for lunch, a coffee table and a TV) - a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, Nespresso type coffee machine, kettle, toaster and two plates. - a bedroom with a new 160x200 bed and a large dressing room (no window) - a bathroom (shower) with wc adjoining the bedroom. You will have shampoo and soap at your disposal, a few books and toys, a potty and a toilet reducer for your little ones. There is no wifi in the apartment. We accept dogs if they are not left alone in the apartment. (Due to abuse, other pets are prohibited). PLEASE NOTE that bed and bath linen are extra: €10/person.
