It's close to Goodwood, Bosham, Emsworth, West Wittering Beach and Chichester City and Marina. Chichester Festival Theatre; 4 miles away Stansted House; 5 miles away There is a pub 3 minutes walk away and 2 other pubs very close by. There is also a vineyard 10 mins walk away (West Ashling Estate), offering wine tours and a restaurant and bar The space The bed is a super King......6ft x 6ft 6ins. There is a microwave and mini fridge in the room as well as plates, bowls, cutlery, wine glasses, tumblers and mugs. A breakfast of croissants, butter, jam and orange juice is included and there are also tea and coffee facilities. A jug of milk will be left in the fridge for you. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner will be in the bathroom along with soap and hand lotion in the bathroom cabinet. There is an overhead shower as well as a hand held shower and a hair dryer. Towels are provided. There is a desk, chair and wifi and a TV showing freeview programmes mounted on the wall opposite the bed. There are sockets either side of the bed for mobile phone charging. You will also have a wardrobe complete with hangers. Guest access The car parking space is off road, right outside your accommodation. I will provide instructions on how to obtain the key a few days prior to your visit and also details of how to find me.
