Before your arrival to Pérgola/Breakfats & Pool, you will be asked to confirm your anticipated time of arrival. Other things to note 1. Check-in is after 3pm. Check-out is before 11am. 2. There is a $300 USD damage to be held by Airbnb and released back to you by Airbnb. 3. Minimum stay of 3 nights. 4. Smoking inside the property is not allowed. One can smoke in the terrace. 5. Pets are not allowed. 6. Drugs are not allowed on this property. 7. Please close doors and windows when leaving the property to prevent water damage to your property and ours from sudden heavy rain storms. 8. If you lose your keys, you will be charged with $40 USD 9. Use bins in bathrooms for toilet paper. Please do not flush it down the WC. 10. This is a residential area so please keeping noise level to a minimum after 11:00 p.m. 11. Electricity charges in this area of Mexico are extremely high, so please if you want to use A/C at night with closed doors use A/C freely, but if you will be out, or with open doors, please don't leave the A/C on, even if it's hot season it will only take 5 minutes to cool down the room once you get back. 12. Parties are not allowed. 13. If agreed, lock box for check-in available. 14. The use of candles and any fire device is also prohibited. 15. Before leaving: -Turn off the lights - Close doors and windows. - Leave the garbage collected.
