You can easily find us @ Grandslamhouse AGE requirements is 25 years or older. No smoking, vaping or use of Hookah. Max occupancy is 12 persons (Children under the age of six (6) are not be counted in this restriction) due to deed restrictions. The luxurious kitchen is open to the Great Room across a breakfast bar and centers around the fireplace with flat screen TV. The Owner’s Suite is located on the first floor and features an enormous walk-in closet and a truly spa-like bath, with separate soaking tub and shower. Two other bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two large bedrooms with its own full bath are located upstairs and in the basement. Kids and adults alike will love the large recreation room featuring table games (ping-pong and convertible pool/air hockey table) as well as a seating area with flat screen TV and XBOX. The ONLY new community East of Route 1 in Rehoboth... Surrounded by protected wetlands, The Cape Henlopen State Park, and the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal, natural beauty exists as the community’s most stunning amenity by far. Access the Junction and Breakwater Bike Trails (connecting Rehoboth and Lewes) across the entrance of the community, and appreciate the breathtaking habitat of the Delaware Seashore. Then bike into Rehoboth Beach to enjoy the area’s finest restaurants, relax on the beach, or play in the surf and sand. We charge weekend rates for the first two nights, sorry Airbnb doesn't allow to quote this rate structure.
