Welcome to Grande at Canal Pointe community, east of Route 1 and within walking/biking distance to downtown Rehoboth or the beaches. The house has 5 bedrooms on three levels and four full bath! You can easily find us @ Grandslamhouse AGE requirements is 25 years or older. No smoking, vaping or use of Hookah. Max occupancy is 12 persons (Children under the age of six (6) are not be counted in this restriction) due to deed restrictions. The space The luxurious kitchen is open to the Great Room across a breakfast bar and centers around the fireplace with flat screen TV. The Owner’s Suite is located on the first floor and features an enormous walk-in closet and a truly spa-like bath, with separate soaking tub and shower. Two other bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two large bedrooms with its own full bath are located upstairs and in the basement. Kids and adults alike will love the large recreation room featuring table games (ping-pong and convertible pool/air hockey table) as well as a seating area with flat screen TV and XBOX. A screened porch is a perfect area to relax. Other things to note I will require the guest to sign my electronic lease agreement within one week after booking. (I have added the text version of the lease in the House Rules section) THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! IT IS GEARED FOR MULTI-GENERATIONAL FAMILIES & GROUPS OF CLOSE FRIENDS. We have two outdoor cameras and two noise sensors (outdoor/indoor, no voice recording) installed on the property. We provide linen as part of the booking. Towels can be supplied upon request ($120).
