A beautiful spare room in a stylish home. The bed is king size, which as a luxury mattress. The bedroom has a desk. Bathroom had a Japanese toilet seat which is great. The living room/ dinner is a good size. The sofa bed is super comfy. Coffee machine and tumble dryer in the kitchen. There is a washing machine and dryer in the hall way The space In the living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa, a dining table for your meals, and a TV for your entertainment. In the kitchen, you'll be pleased to discover both a coffee machine and a tumble dryer, enhancing your convenience. Moreover, there's a washing machine and dryer conveniently placed in the hallway for easy access. It's worth noting that I have two dogs, though during short-term stays, I usually arrange for them to be elsewhere. For those considering longer bookings, please be aware that the dogs might occasionally be at the property. The Japanese toilet, also known as a bidet toilet, offers advanced hygiene features. It typically includes functions like a bidet spray, adjustable water temperature, and air drying. To use it, simply press the appropriate buttons for cleansing and drying after using the toilet. The benefits include enhanced cleanliness, reduced toilet paper usage, and a more comfortable experience overall. #SavethePlanet Therefore, we do not typically provide toilet paper. However if you have any allergies to dogs I would advise you to consider this before booking. This detector is strategically placed in this room because it is near the source of potential carbon monoxide emissions. Please be aware that this detector must remain in the small bedroom at all times to effectively monitor the area. Fire Alarms: Our fire alarms are hardwired into the house's electrical system to ensure continuous protection. These alarms are tested regularly to ensure they are in proper working order. In case of a fire emergency, these alarms will sound immediately to alert everyone in the house. First Aid Kit: We maintain a fully equipped first aid kit in the kitchen, conveniently located in the bottom drawer. This kit contains essential supplies to provide initial assistance in case of minor injuries or accidents. Fire Blanket and Extinguisher: For your safety, we have placed a fire blanket and a fire extinguisher in the kitchen area. The fire blanket is easily accessible on the wall alongside the fire extinguisher. These are important tools to have in case of a small kitchen fire. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with their location. In the event of a fire or any other emergency, please prioritize your safety and the safety of others. Follow established evacuation procedures, and use the available safety equipment as needed.
