Quiet by city standards, makes this space a great break from sightseeing. TopView double decker bus picks up close by and offers Statue of Liberty tours from pier 36. This apartment has central heating via baseboards with additional heater available in your room for your comfort in the winter. Built in wall unit air conditioner are available in all bedrooms as well. Two blocks away is the East River which is great for running or evening stroll with views of the Brooklyn Bridge and the Statue of Liberty. New bars, restaurant and galleries within the block. Walking distance to Chinatown, Little Italy, Wall Street and SoHo. Closest Subway stops are East Broadway and Brooklyn Bridge.
