On the lower level are two bedrooms, a living area with a Smart TV, a pool table, and a shared full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen Tempur-Pedic mattress that is firm. The other is perfect for kids with two twin-tower twin bunk beds. This level walks out to the backyard and lake. On the upper level are two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom. One features a queen bed with a Temper-Pedic mattress. The other has a single over double bunk bed. *This level is not recommended for very young children as the railing/landing/balusters have not been brought up to code yet (see pictures). All beds have sheets, blankets, and pillows. All bathrooms have 2 sets of towels per guest.
