The property is located in the east of the island of Tenerife, a 20-minute drive from the capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and 15 minutes from Puertito de Güímar, where guests can enjoy the beach and restaurants. All kinds of services are available 5 minutes away in Arafo. The Sur and Norte airports are 40 minutes away. Car is a must. The space The Mar and Teide apartments are part of our family house. They have their own entrance and parking. In addition, the apartments have a large outdoor area with beautiful views. Tables and several lounge chairs invite you to relax. This common area is used only by our guests. Guest access Guests have at their disposal lounge chairs, beach umbrellas and various additional items, such as yoga mats or badminton equipment. The common area also has an outdoor shower. Other things to note In the Canary Islands, we have water and energy restrictions, and our apartments have a 30-liter water heater.
