Pool and kayak use is included and at your own risk. We do not instruct or supervise. Fishing in the private lake is catch and release. Full access of private cottage and the outdoor spaces (shared with our residence) including lake, 6 acres of woods and pool area. We live in the main residence on the property. Very low traffic makes for a nice 3 mile walk around the lake. Entire cottage is wheelchair accessible. Extra twin airbeds are stored in bedroom closet.
