This spacious and rare apartment in the heart of Brooklyn offers affordable, clean legal housing accommodations. The area is home to creatives, families, cool pubs, restaurants & great parks! There is a little bit of something for everyone. The apartment is perfect for a group of friends or for solo travelers looking for a bit of space. Central to everything, the subway is a block away. Manhattan is a 15-minute subway ride & all the really cool offerings of BK are at your fingertips. The space The apartment is located at the top of 3 story, walk up, traditional Brooklyn building. Unlike other buildings, ours is simple, small & quiet. I have known the neighbors for over 15 years, we really enjoy the neighborhood & do our part to respect the overall space. Quiet hours are strict between 11pm - 5am. This is not the apartment host parties, but it is the perfect apartment for you to experience the best of Brooklyn, Manhattan & the New York Metro area as a whole. This is my personal home. I believe in its wonderful location & want you to experience it as well. Amenities Include: full bedrooms, and bathroom with queen-sized mattresses. Workspace with Wifi, Amazon Fire TV, and street parking. We will provide guests with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave and coffee machine. Please note, I may or may not be on property given my travel schedule, but you will have access along with your own key. The neighborhood is safe & vibrant, but it is located on the corner of one of the busiest blocks in Brooklyn. As someone who travels often, please be mindful of your surroundings. In the summer months, take the subway to Coney Island, Manhattan & Brighten Beaches, or the Long Island Railroad to Jones Beach, Long Beach & The Hamptons. In the winter months, cozy up to the wonderful cafes in Brooklyn (we have a cute one right below us) or visit amazing Jazz Bars, Speak Easy's & NYC's finest Cultural Institutions such as The Brooklyn Museum.
