The Retreat by Walias is a five bedrooms + kitchen farm cottage, 10kms away from the hustle-bustle of city center in Sohna, Gurgaon. Please carry a mosquito repellant gel/cream with you as its a green tropical farm stay :) Guest access only bedrooms and bathrooms is private area, rest all already can be accessed by staff/hosts/owners. only 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are currently available for guest use. Consumables of any kind are NOT provided. Other things to note There is no genset at the property. hence no power back up is provided for ACs. if you need AC power back up, we can hire an external genset at an additional cost of Rs 5000 and genset will be available from evening (check in day) to next day morning 8 am. Guest need to request for genset well ahead in time to avoid unavailability. There’s a tank pool or plunge pool at the farm, 16 by 12 feet - check pictures. Zomato is available at a distance of 1 km; there are many multi cuisine restaurants which deliver to our farm stay; alternatively, our caretaker can provide for food (and fresh buffalo milk) on your prior planned request, please pay us for the same, preferably through Airbnb. Any payment made directly to caretaker would be in nature of tip and not for services. No abuse whatsoever of any kind at any time. Garbage/cigarette buds to be disposed in garbage bins only. Vomit stains, if any, have to be immediately cleaned up by guests. You've to clean up after your pet's dropping immediately. Vomit/Pet droppings if found would attract one day apartment fare over and above house rule violation fine Fine of Rs. 10000 on violation of any house rule, for each instance. There is a possibility of mosquitoes and house lizards, as we're in a tropical setting. it's always recommended to carry a mosquito repellent along.
