Please carefully review our full property description and images and let us know if you have any questions! Number of Guests: - We can accommodate up to 10 guests total. Children over the age of 2 count as a guest. We require that the person making the reservation will be staying onsite as a guest. This Property is Ideal for: - This property is well-suited for families and friend groups who want to enjoy Leelanau together and stay under one roof, but also have separate spaces to spread out. While this property is not baby-proofed, we are able to accommodate babies and young children and have baby gear available for rent. - Please note that this property is not a party house, and while we commonly host groups attending weddings, we are not a good fit for those expecting to partake in rowdy behavior. The expectation is that our rules will be followed and physical property and management team will be treated with the upmost respect no matter the reason for your visit. - We also own a 3-bedroom (6 person) home directly in front of this one. Interior Layout + Room Descriptions: - The property is two stories, with an interior staircase connecting the main level to the upstairs. - The living room boats a large comfy couch, TV and books and games for guest entertainment. - The kitchen is located off of the living room and has everything a guest needs to prepare home-cooked meals. Major appliances include a refrigerator, oven/stove, and dishwasher. Small appliances include a toaster, microwave, and drip coffee maker. Guests will appreciate the provided complimentary items like spices, olive oil, coffee, and teas. A large dining table with benches and two chairs is located in the kitchen. - Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 are located on the main level. These bedrooms have queen beds + four standard pillows, and room darkening curtains. Please note: Bedrooms 2 and 3 have daybed style beds. - Two full bathrooms are located on the main level. One bathroom is located near the living room and bedroom 2, and the other bathroom is attached to bedroom 3. - Bedrooms 4 and 5 are located upstairs. These bedrooms are suite size and have king beds + four king pillows, and room darkening blinds and light filtering curtains. Both rooms have TVs and cozy sitting areas for guests who desire some space. Additionally, bedroom 4 contains a small kitchenette with a sink and bedroom 5 contains a yoga/meditation area. Both rooms also have their own heating/cooling unit, so the temperature can be adjusted to your exact preferences. - There is one full and one half bathroom located upstairs. Bedroom 4 has an ensuite half bathroom, and bedroom 5 has a full ensuite bathroom. Exterior Spaces: - A deck is located off of the kitchen with two picnic tables and a grill. With the cozy ambiance of bistro lights, it makes for a wonderful space to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine after a long day of exploring! Property Location: - This property is located in downtown Lake Leelanau, conveniently on the main artery of M-204, which connects Suttons Bay to the east and Leland to the west on M-22. This is ideal for those who want to be walking distance to restaurants, a coffee shop, ice cream, and wineries. Visit the local grocery store up the road for any items you may need. Because of it's proximity to local amenities, this property leans more towards a small city environment than a rural setting, and is ideal for those who are looking to take advantage of a more activity-filled stay. - As noted, this home is located downtown and there is some road noise to be expected from outside of the house during the daytime, particularly in prime season. The road noise is very minimal inside the home and more noticeable from outside. For this reason, this property is not recommended for people who are expecting to be in the solitude of the woods and away from the action. Please review the birds-eye image in our photo gallery so you are familiar with our proximity to surroundings and the nearby intersection. - This property is an ideal for launching off point to the many Leelanau Peninsula wineries, as there are 10 wineries within a 2-5 minute drive. Cyclists will enjoy easy access to road biking, paved trails, and mountain biking trails. It is also a perfect location with quick access to north and south Lake Leelanau from two nearby public boat launches. We have ample parking available for a boat trailer. Nearby beaches can be found in Suttons Bay, Leland, and along Good Harbor Bay. YOU CANNOT MAKE A RESERVATION FOR SOMEONE ELSE. WE CANNOT TRANSFER RESERVATIONS TO A DIFFERENT GUEST IF YOUR PLANS CHANGE. - GUESTS MUST REVIEW OUR PROPERTY RULES AND POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING. Guest access The guests will have a private entrance where there will be a door with a code which is provided prior to arrival.
