The home sits in Pawcatuck which is part of the borough of Stonington. 5 miles to beaches at Watch Hill, RI, 8 miles to downtown Mystic, the Aquarium, and Ship Museum. It's a cute neighborhood with lots of old and remodeled homes from the early 1900's. Great for walks and good for wheel chair access. This location allows you a choice to easily walk, bike ride, or drive from. 2 minutes from downtown Westerly. Street parking is safe and plentiful. 2 other units rented on this site on 2nd and 3rd floor share the yard and patio accessories.
