Come and enjoy the calm of this cozy little house in the heart of a natural setting, the Ardennes. Single-story house, for up to two people, with every comfort. Located close to tourist sites (La Roche, Durbuy, Hotton, Weris,...) Many walks nearby, on foot, bike and motorcycle. In summer, access to the beaches on the banks of the Ourthe within 3 km. In winter, ski slopes in Samrée (14 km) Baraque de Fraiture (20 km). The space Single-story house, bright, with warm colors, cozy atmosphere, a new equipped kitchen, functional where you can cook good little dishes. A very recent bathroom with jet shower, sink cabinet. A large bedroom, queen size boxspring (160), wardrobe. Fully equipped kitchen, bright living room. In winter, sit comfortably in the living/dining room to watch TV, read a good book or play one of our board games... In the right season, on the large terrace and lawn you can relax in the sun, enjoy the calm, nature, listen to the birds singing... or eat a good meal prepared on the barbecue at your disposal. The house is equipped with a pellet stove, plaids are also available for warm evenings. Guest access Living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, 1 large bedroom. Other things to note The accommodation is only for a maximum of 2 people, if this rule is not respected, I reserve the right to terminate the stay without refund.
