Apartment in hilltop villa: Torrey Pines Suite

Casa Alta is an exceptional Mediterranean villa with forever white water views from the pool deck. Property access is through a gate with a code. The house is also entered with a code through a side door. Guests then enter their suite with a 3rd door code and proceed down their private stairs. This suite is a spacious BASEMENT, with windows on 2 sides, comfy king bed, fridge, smart TV, access to WiFi, privat bathroom with shower. THE OCEAN VIEW IS FROM OUTSIDE DECK.2 kids & dog live in house. The space Casa Alta is gated with beautiful gardens, patios and fountains in front, and spa-like pool and jacuzzi in back, with the exceptional views. The whole front garden and two view decks are for guest use. The pool, jacuzzi and outdoor spaces are shared with owners and other airBnB guests (there are 2 other guest suites). Guests may use the Jacuzzi for an additional $25 fee per day of use; we provide beach towels. The pool is open from 9AM to 10PM.have two other airbnb suites, one of them the pool cabaña the views. Guest access The owners live in the house. Guests access their suite via access code in an external door with an additional code to access their suite. There is no need to interact with the hosts but they are happy to answer any questions during your stay. The front garden and two view decks are for guest use. The pool, jacuzzi and outdoor spaces are shared with the owners and other airBnB guests (there is a pool cabana studio that is also an AirBnB rental). The pool and jacuzzi are open from 9AM to 10PM. There is an additional $25 resort fee per day of use for heating the jacuzzi, when requested; we provide beach towels. If your desired dates are booked, or if you prefer the ocean-view, you can check availability of the pool studio cabana. During your stay Hosts live on the ground floor and are available via text message, when not home. Other things to note 1) A K-cup coffee maker with coffee supplies is provided in your room. 2) Our pool, jacuzzi and outdoor spaces are shared with owners and their guests. The pool is open from 9AM to 10PM. Additional $25 fee per day of use is charged for heating the jacuzzi, when requested; we provide beach towels. 3) Your room has comfortable chairs and a table for office work. 4) No smoking on premises, indoor or outdoor.
