Casa Kayla, a single story house located at the end of a quiet street, is the perfect place for an extended stay...while shopping for your own home in Bend! Built in late 2018, this bright, modern 3B/2BA home features an open floor plan, high ceilings, bright light throughout, and a large fenced in backyard. Settle in while you BBQ on the gas grill, eat dinner under the stars, and curl up by the fire. The space The front patio welcomes you with a couple lounge chairs, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine and watching the well-known beautiful Bend sunsets. Self check-in is simple with the front door keypad. Clean and convenient, the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to cook up a storm. The kitchen features a central island with bar-height counter and 4 stools, walk-in pantry and 5-burner range. Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea and cocoa to get your day started right! Make yourself comfy in the spacious living room complete with gas fireplace, 50” plasma flatscreen TV with Apple TV, and Sonos Bluetooth sound system ready to connect. The large wood dining table comfortably seats 6. Sliding doors lead to the back patio and yard where there is plenty of room to relax, whether around the fire pit, at the dining table, or breakfast nook. The house comfortably sleeps up to 4-5. Entering the spacious master suite, the king bed with memory foam topper will have you sleeping like a dream. There is an L-shaped corner desk with a monitor and printer should you need a dedicated workspace. The ensuite wraparound bathroom gets flooded with bright light during the day, while the deep soaking tub awaits you at night after a day on the mountain. Here you’ll find double sinks with storage, water closet, glass step-in shower, and roomy walk in closet. Bedroom 2 has a double/full bed, nightstands, reading lamp, dresser, sliding door closet, and blackout curtains. Bedroom 3 has the same amenities except with a queen bed. There is a second bathroom located just off the hallway between Bedroom 2 and 3, accessible to all guests, equipped with a tub/shower combo and plenty of under sink storage. The adjacent closet is filled with fresh linens, and the laundry room comes well stocked with laundry supplies and top of the line washer and dryer. Other things to note The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood - noisy groups and loud late parties are a no-go. City of Bend quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and are enforced, as are Bend's Good Neighbor Guidelines. Parking There are 2 tandem parking spaces in the driveway. Should you need additional parking, there is plenty of free street parking in front of the house. Pets Dogs are Bend’s unofficial city mascot! Your dog will love it here. There are tons of dog-friendly trails and places to explore. Big Sky dog park is a 5 minute drive. While back at the house, Fido can frolic around the fenced-in backyard and chill in the dog bed by the fireplace. Pet sheets are provided for furniture. Casa Kayla can comfortably accommodate up to 2 well behaved dogs. Please be aware there are dogs all around the neighborhood, and we expect your dog to “fit in with the pack” (behave appropriately to neighboring humans and doggies). No barking matches late into the night.
