It sits on 30 acres at the end of private road with an open yard, a nearby pond and field. Woods Cottage is conveniently located close to Rte 91, only two miles to Putney and 8 miles to Brattleboro. It sleeps 4 comfortably in two bedrooms, has a full kitchen and bath. The space Our cottage has one big room downstairs with kitchen, living room and small dining area. The bathroom is also downstairs. The utility closet has ample room for boots, shoes and coats. Upstairs, the front loft bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The back bedroom has a double/full bed and a twin bed. There is also a trundle bed for a fourth bed or an extra person. Guest access Woods Cottage is about 1/2 mile on a small gravel road. The town road off Rt 5 is also gravel. The parking for the cottage is 50 yds to the Cottage entrance on a grassy pathway.
